This post is a further development of my Cybernetics of Judaism, and drawing out further implications of the hypothesis of Judaism as the longest, most convoluted, revised and thickly imagined title deed possible (and therefore, interestingly, a highly idiosyncratic social contract theory which, while scandalous, is no less implausible than any of the others).
